IRUG is in the process of restructuring conference content. The 2016 agenda will focus on four pain points selected by retail members, and developed by Advisory Councils:

  • Registration Fees:
    Registration fees include all meeting materials and food and beverage for all scheduled events. Travel and hotel expenses are the responsibility of attendees.

    $ 595 per person .............. early bird

    Payments Focus Group:
    $ 125 per person

    Register for the Focus Groups after registering for the conference.

    2016 Hotel Accommodations and Meals:

    Room reservations and hotel charges, including food and beverage costs (except for scheduled events) are the responsibility of the attendees.

    Conference Attire: 
    Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions. You may also wish to bring a sweater or jacket (meeting rooms are often a little cool).

    Cancellation Policy:
    All cancellations must be received in writing. A complete refund of registration fees will be issued if received by June 15, 2016. A 50% refund between June 15th and July 15th. No refunds after July 15, however, replacements for registrants may be made at any time without penalty.

    Membership dues and all conference fees must be paid prior to attending the conference.

    On-Site Activities

    CONFERENCE CHECK-IN –Upon check in, you will receive your conference materials and identification badge, which is required to be worn at all conference activities. The Registration Desk will be located outside the Ballroom and will be staffed in this location throughout the conference. You are able to check in beginning Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm.
