    Registration fees include all meeting materials and food and beverage for all scheduled events. Travel and hotel expenses are the responsibility of attendees.

    2015 Hotel Accommodations and Meals:
    Room reservations and hotel charges, including food and beverage costs (except for scheduled events) are the responsibility of the attendees.

    IRUG has reserved a discounted block of rooms at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort at the rate of $169. The group will receive complimentary guestroom internet access for all attendees.

    The OPTIONAL Resort Fee package of $9.99 per room night includes the: Local, 800 and Domestic Long Distance guest room telephone calls, access to Spa Aquae Fitness and Wellness Center, two (2) small bottles of water in guest room refreshed daily, Shuttle to Fashion Show Mall / Las Vegas Strip, two (2) drink coupons in the Rampart Casino and one (1) appetizer with meal purchase in the Carmel Room.

    The hotel is located in Summerlin, NV at the foot of the Spring Mountain Range in northwest Las Vegas. Quiet and dotted with golf courses, Summerlin represents a complete contrast to the bustle of the Las Vegas Strip, though the famous entertainment district and McCarran International Airport are less than a 25-minute drive away.

    Our group rate is $179 per night, single/double occupancy, plus tax. Group rates are available throughout the conference as well as three days before and three days after, based on availability. The Cut-Off Date for accepting reservations into this room block is Friday, March 13, 2015. To reserve your room online, click on the logo below.

    Airport Shuttle Service: Mears Transportation Shuttle Service is offering a discount coupon for $4 off the regular round trip price of $32. Register online and use priority code 444937019, or print off the discount coupon and present it to the Mears counter agents on Level 1 at the Orlando International Airport. Advance reservations are recommended.

    Ground Transportation:

    Taxis are available on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level 1. Estimated taxi fare is $40 (one way)

    Meal Tickets:
    Meal tickets for the banquet, lunches and other events are available for spouses or others who would like to attend these functions. Tickets can be purchased at the User Group's registration desk.

    Conference Attire: 
    Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions. You may also wish to bring a sweater or jacket (meeting rooms are often a little cool).

    Cancellation Policy:
    All cancellations must be received in writing. A complete refund of registration fees will be issued if received by April 7, 2014. A 50% refund between April 7th and May 15th. No refunds after May 15th, however, replacements for registrants may be made at any time without penalty.

    Membership dues and all conference fees must be paid prior to attending the conference.

    On-Site Activities

    CONFERENCE CHECK-IN –Upon check in, you will receive your conference materials and identification badge, which is required to be worn at all conference activities. The Registration Desk will be located in the conference center outside the Grand Ballroom and will be staffed in this location throughout the conference. You are able to check in beginning Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm.
