2013 Hotel Accommodations and Meals:
IRUG has reserved a discounted block of rooms at the Anaheim Marriott at the rate of $169. The group will receive discounted guest room internet at $5.00 per day.
The hotel is located in Anaheim, CA. Across the street from the Anaheim Convention Center, the hotel is part of the Anaheim Resort District, a popular vacation destination for families and meeting location for groups. Disneyland Park, Disney's California Adventure, and Downtown Disney are within 2 blocks of the hotel. Other nearby attractions include the House of Blues, Anaheim Stadium, the Grove of Anaheim concert venue, and Anaheim Gardenwalk.

Our group rate is $169 per night, single/double occupancy, plus tax. Group rates are available throughout the conference as well as three days before and three days after, based on availability. Shuttle Service: The Anaheim Marriott is 14 miles from the John Wayne Airport. Transportation to the hotel is available through SuperShuttle.
SuperShuttle will provide service for IRUG attendees at a 10% discount. The cost is $9 one way from SNA and $14.40 one way from LAX. This discount is valid online only.
SuperShuttle provides regular scheduled shuttle service 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, departing the curb approximately every 30 minutes. Proceed to the transportation center across the street, to the island marked “Van Shuttle Service.” Contact our Guest Service Representative dressed in a blue SuperShuttle uniform and they will assist with your transportation needs.
CONFERENCE CHECK-IN – Upon check in, you will receive your conference materials and identification badge, which is required to be worn at all conference activities. The Registration Desk will be located in the conference center outside the Marquis Ballroom and will be staffed in this location throughout the conference. You are able to check in beginning Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm.
